On May 4th, the Youth's Day, I passed my Ph.D.'s preliminary oral exam. That's almost the end of the stressful month includes Tae Kwon Do promotion, AcerS annual meeting in Baltimore (which was fun and allowed me to have more than 20 kinds of beers, not to mention seafoods), proposal writting, a full load of experiments including help with another group, prelim, results compiling and gift purchasing.
I'll be posting on my trip back China. It's believed to be terrific. ;)

AcerS meeting
This trip to Baltimore is super! Living in a highest place in downtown. Presentations after presentations; Seafood after seafood; Beer after beer; Drink and get drunk.. &_&

tests
It was 80 minutes' drive to the place where Jessie and I test for red belts.
What a hard day!Right after meeting with my professor, I had to run for the promotion.
The good thing is Irene said that we did a great job, although Jessie was kinda worried about wasting that 95 bucks. ^_^
The conductor did give us several black belt level things. The reason why they asked us to do something that we didn't do and was not told to do is to test our patience as martial artists!@#
Good I can focus on my thesis work now.

回家
总算可以准备回家了。今天订到了5月10日 西北的票。＄980。也不想问太多的代理了，大约联系了5家，最后在我印象中比较信誉好的一家：Gateway订的。昨天收到Itinerary之后和同 学一说，才知道当时给我的建议居然是不要到这一家买，因为听说过几起加价事件。~!@##$%^& 回头细细检查,发现代理居然给我订了从怀俄明出发的票！！不可思议的错误........... 一大早同代理联系，改成我的计划路线。机座现已订好。
从我google的结果来看，这一家规模不小，多方推荐。可能正是因为人多量大，很少比例的票额改变率在很大的基数下产生了一定的不愉快的交易。可以理解。
此家出票很快，除了开始的错误，没有其他的意外。推荐。
